To me, this is maybe the worst thing the Obama admin. has done- publicly ridicule the effort, led by Bolivia's ambassador to the UN, to have potable water and sanitation declared to be irrevocable human rights:

I trust Maude Barlow's account of the U.S.'s position.
And I believe history will show Evo Morales's government to have been humane and groundbreaking in its trust in electoral results for advancement of a socialist agenda, and will regard Obama as just another neoliberal. |

You know, I shouldn't be shocked but they are truly waging war against the rest of humanity. If I say any more given Obama's stepped up campaign against americans I could get a visit so I'll contain myself.
What's next, they'll prefer to commodify air!? |
