Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas is about to rule on President Obama's healthcare reform - even though he has an enormous financial stake in its failure. That's just plain wrong.

It's time for Clarence Thomas to recuse himself - join our letter to Associate Justice Thomas TODAY.

How blatant is Justice Thomas’ conflict of interest? 74 members of Congress urged him to recuse himself from any decision regarding Obama's Affordable Care Act – more than six months before it even reached the Supreme Court. Justice Thomas only just revealed that his wife Ginni Thomas' lobbying against the ACA brought their household hundreds of thousands of dollars because of his legal obligation to do so. Even worse, there is the the promise of future gigs if she can defeat the piece of legislation before the bulk of it goes into effect.

It's time to send Clarence Thomas a message: recuse yourself - or be recused.

Most people do know right from wrong. Corporations can never be people unless they are sociopaths. Then they would need to have strong structures to keep them from doing harm to others. Just as we have structures for people when they do harm.
