I get the feeling that the tea-freaks are losing it because we have a black President. So they say crap that gets them in trouble. Or are they all mentally unstable on a daily basis?
THE SECRET SERVICE SAYS THEY ARE INVESTIGATING TED NUGENT’S THREATENING REMARKS TOWARD OBAMA | Ted Nugent’s threatening remarks about President Obama at the annual National Rifle Association convention in St. Louis have earned him a follow-up conversation with the Secret Service. On Sunday, the singer remarked that “if Barack Obama becomes the president in November again, I will be either be dead or in jail by this time next year.” The Secret Service, which investigates all threats against the President, confirmed to New York Magazine’s Daily Intel blog that they have in fact flagged Nugent’s comment. “We are aware of it, and we’ll conduct an appropriate follow up,” the agent told the magazine. Nugent endorsed Mitt Romney — albeit reluctantly — via Twitter last month, and at least one Romney, middle son Tagg, was excited about the news. Now Greg, you know you are allowing your much to much Liberal feelings get the best of you.
Ted Nugent just might be the next Republican Party Vice President.
He would help Mitt Romeny get the moderate conservative vote. _________________ Conservatism is a pale horse, and the riders should be called DEATH. |

I have been wondering for years now how much it would take before they put pressure on that weirdo to stop the misguided threats he alludes to in his crazy talk. I guess NRA members are allowed to say this nutball crap with impunity? Is that what the NRA is all about? _________________ **Your Religion is YOUR Belief system - leave it out of our government** |

Is that what the NRA is all about? | I watched the nutball Nugent on Ed Schultz tonight speaking at the NRA convention and was not surprised to see all the gun nuts nodding in agreement with this IDIOT! As a young man, I was once a member of the NRA until I realized that they were a group of nuts, preying and spreading constant fear to their members about government and minorities coming after them. I am ashamed to believe that I actually listened and enjoyed the music of this idiotic rightwing, fascist, gun nut Nugent! For what it is worth, all of my old Nugent casettes have been tossed in the GARBAGE where they belong! _________________ Faux news and AM talk radio fascists get paid millions to blame all of the countries ills on minorities and poor people while hiding their corporate fascist funders crimes! |

Well, I'm trying hard to not let my emotions influence anything I say or post here. I'll take you up on your suggestion and schedule an extra session next week with my shrink.
Meanwhile, back at the ranch......this tidbit.

Following rocker Ted Nugent's recent comments about President Barack Obama, he has been dropped from a scheduled performance at Fort Knox, the post announced Thursday afternoon.
Nugent set off a controversy at last weekend's National Rifle Association convention when he criticized high-ranking members of Obama's administration and offered support for possible Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney.
In a video posted on YouTube by the NRA, Nugent said, "If Barack Obama becomes the president in November again, I will either be dead or in jail by this time next year. If you can't go home and get everybody in your lives to clean house in this vile, evil America hated administration, I don't even know what you're made out of."
Army Entertainment and the Fort Knox Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation are committed to carrying out the concert, according to a news release. REO Speedwagon and Styx remain scheduled to perform as part of the post's annual summer concert June 23. The possibility exists that a replacement will be selected, post officials said.

Nugent said that if they are losing the election the his followers "need to go and chop their heads off."
I think Ted was threatening every Democrat, not just the POTUS and his staff.
It's a far broader treat than just the President. _________________ LISTENER #25
