Happy Impeachment Day, Truthseekers!

We can add December 10 to Pearl Harbor Day to the National Calendar of American History. Two,years and 323 after his inauguration, Donald J. Trump was Impeached by the House of Representatives for Abuse of Power and Obstruction of Congress.

Future students of history will likely reflect on these times and wonder…..what the F*** took so long?

They will also doubtlessly shake their collective UV-RAY shielded, galvanized heads at the absolute abdication of all moral responsibility to protect and defend the US Constitution by virtually every single Republican in Congress.

I hope Molly’s GenZ or iGen pals will solve this mystery.  We may never know the 100% Truth behind those infamous political assassinations of the 1960s; the Zapruder Film may be on the ISS at this point.  Whatever, Boomer. But we can hope one day to uncover the secret behind the near-universal head-spinning sycophancy of the Republicans to this pussy-grabbing porn star fake university wife-cheating White Power daughter-groping reality TV failed real estate bankruptcy king witness-threatening Kurd-betraying child-caging un-indicted criminal Individual-1.

Could Putin possibly have pee tapes on all of them?  Or, perhaps, there might be this developing story about the investigation into the NRA and campaign contributions.  Or this, just a few weeks ago, buried under Trump’s daily dump of horror on the US. Whatever it is, it must be juicy, certainly is far-reaching.  Can’t be they’re just ALL such blind party loyalists they’ll choose the criminal over the Constitution.  If that’s all there is, then our Democracy is facing a far more serious threat than the Trump Crime Family.

Attorney General Barr is another formerly respected Republican who has burrowed so deep into the Magamind Trump cult he farts orange.  Today he demurred on an MSNBC interview question about the Trump lie that Ukraine interfered in the election to benefit Hillary Clinton.  He didn’t know because he hasn’t looked into it (!)

Barr also contradicted his own Inspector General’s (politically inspired) investigation into the investigators, another slap in the face to the career public servants under his command. Despite the complete lack of evidence of any political motivation behind the initiation of the FBI Russia probe, Barr insists the Obama White House wiretapped the Trump campaign, possibly illegally: “The Trump campaign was clearly spied upon, that’s what electronic surveillance is, going through people’s emails, wiring people up…”

Say WHAT?!?!?!

Imagine, your top boss at the DOJ dissing you or your fellow FBI agents for just doing their jobs.  Following the criminal leads where they take you, and they take you to Russia. Protecting our nation from a foreign threat to our elections, our Constitution and this is the demoralizing attitude at the top. And all under direction of the US President, who calls his own FBI agents “scum.”  And his MAGAmind cult members clap and cheer.

Worse than Nixon in every way. Complete abdication of Constitutional duty, and there isn’t a single Flying Monkey on Fox or in Congress that can argue that fact.

But wait, there’s MORE!  In yet a separate Barr-initiated criminal investigation, US Attorney John Durham underscored this contradiction with his own dissent from the IG Horowitz FISA report. In the middle of possible Grand Jury selection.  Because of course he did.

“Based on the evidence collected to date, and while our investigation is ongoing, last month we advised the Inspector General that we do not agree with some of the report’s conclusions as to predication and how the FBI case was opened,” Durham said.

Durham, appointed by Barr in May, has been working in tandem with Horowitz. But Durham has criminal authority in a far broader investigation that encompasses decisions by law enforcement and intelligence agencies both in the U.S. and abroad. Durham can convene a grand jury, compel witnesses to testify and prosecute crimes. As justice department inspector general, Horowitz lacks criminal authority and can question only current department employees.

What do Durham’s expanded powers mean, and does his unusual public commentary suggest he already has some kind of evidence of criminal wrong-doing by the FBI and/or Obama/Hillary? Hunter Biden?  Or is this another Barr bluff, a tease to obscure the Horowitz nothingburger, to quote a Trump offspring?  Barr worked for Reagan and Pappy Bush.  Not Boy Scouts, but not outright criminal co-conspirator con artists.

Barr announced he’s expecting delivery of this his second “baby” in the Spring or Summer.  Sounds like a scheduled election season Hail Mary, but only if this “deep state” probe has a different outcome from all the other doomed Trump snipe hunts.  On day one in the “beautiful Oval Office,” Individual-1 demanded an investigation into voter fraud, because he KNEW Hillary somehow stole millions and millions of votes.  Yup, taxpayers ponied up the big bucks for that witch hunt.  Like the government shutdown over the “emergency” horde of dangerous Mexicans attacking our Southern border.  Now an investigation into the investigators fizzles on him, but fear not!  Like the endless Benghazi hearings, Barr is undaunted and he will persist through any number of countless, baseless investigations into and attacks on his own FBI to appease his Lord and Master.

Why?  Just, why?

The Deep State is Real, and it’s living under Sean Hannity’s desk. Barr has dispatched his Fox “News” Flying Monkeys to spread the Magamind manifesto. The Baby Jesus & the rest of the shadow Trump State Department at State News are cranked into overdrive spinning the IG Report as some kind of “win” for Team Trump.

Despite the report soundly undercutting the core of Fox News’ defense of the president, the network’s hosts declared victory anyway on Monday.

“Everything we have been reporting for years was dead on accurate,” declared host Sean Hannity. “We were right every step of the way.”

Hannity seized on the statement issued by U.S. Attorney John Durham, who was tasked by Attorney General Bill Barr to investigate the origins of the Russia probe, criticizing the inspector general’s report and its findings on Monday.

“Clearly, he is signaling they have found evidence of criminal conspiracy with the intent needed legally to warrant a prosecution,” Hannity said, despite no evidence of that in Horowitz’s nearly two-year probe.

“Premeditated fraud perpetrated repeatedly on the FISA court with all the unverifiable lies from Hillary Clinton’s bought and paid for dirty Russian dossier,” Hannity claimed. “Nothing but outright lies, corruption, abuse of power, a massive political bias, omission on multiple occasions of exculpatory evidence.”

Hannity warned that the “deep state” should “understand they are all in deep legal jeopardy,” echoing the QAnon conspiracy theory.

That would be news to former FBI Director James Comey, former FBI Deputy Assistant Director Peter Strzok, former FBI lawyer Lisa Page and former FBI counsel James Baker, who all declared themselves vindicated by the IG report.

Now would be an excellent time for Michael Horowitz to come forward, if he’s not bullied by the Trump Crime Family goons, or threatened ominously via Tweet that “bad things” are going to happen to him.

If I were FBI Director Wray today I’d increase my personal security.  Just sayin’
